He was the first victor of the Street Fighter tournament that was held up by Muay Thai King, Sagat.

Intro: A green light shines in the air as the Spectre's cloak begins to form into his normal self, looking at the opponent, saying "Fear the wrathful face of The Spectre!", ready to fight.
Post-Round Taunt: Points his hand at the opponent, saying "Stare deep into my eyes." or "Your judgment is at hand."
Outro: The Spectre points his hand at the opponent, saying "May God have mercy on you, because I won't!", as a green cloud forms around the opponent as they start screaming in horror offscreen at the unknown fate given to them as The Spectre gives a dark laugh, vanishing.

Before the rise of the Regime, there was a mysterious corporation called Ultratech, which was on the verge of taking over all of the world governments. They are also responsible for annual Killer Instinct tournaments. They manufacture robot units called Fulgore. The purpose behind the Fulgore units were to battle worthy opponent they encounter. Now, ever since the Regime destroyed any chances of Ultratech coming to rise, they built a special Fulgore unit and sent it out to kill Superman and his associates.
*Intro: Lightning strikes on Fulgore and he awakens. He then says, "I will bring you to your doom!"

Biography: The second Robin, Jason Todd was a troubled youth who was eventually murdered by the Joker. Resurrected years later as an adult and taking the mantle of "Red Hood," he acts as a violent vigilante, willing to kill villains, unlike Batman, who let Joker live after murdering Jason.
Intro: Red Hood cocks one of his handguns before placing it back in its holsters, then grabs his knife and says "Stay out of my way."
Post-Round Taunt: Twirls his knife around in his fingers and says "Is this a joke?" or "Too easy."

Unknown to Raiden, who started to interfere with the timeline, the Lin Kuei ninja Smoke from the former timeline, still a cyborg, was transported into this new alternative timeline back during when Liu Kang first won the tournament against Shang Tsung. Witnessing from the shadows events that didn't happen in his timeline, he realized that with the choices Raiden was making that he wouldn't become the cyborg he is, but then realized the second Sub-Zero and his former best friend Kuai Liang would end up becoming a cyborg himself. To make sure his former ally would become what he has, Smoke will fight and stop at nothing to make sure that never happens.
A mixture of Cryax's "MK2011 Primary Kostume" and Smoke's "Mortal Kombat: Deception" Robotic form, only colored grey and black and looking somewhat worn out and rusted a bit, due to his travels.

When he became an adult, he has already become a hero the world needed, though many foes from outer space tried to stop him, including a couple of other Saiyans such as his former enemy Vegeta.

Shang Tsung has created many abominable creatures in his Flesh Pits, but none so twisted as Mileena. A fusion of Edenian flesh and Tarkatan blood, Mileena is both beauty and beast. After Shao Kahn's defeat at the hands of Raiden and the Elder Gods, she tried to take command of Shao Kahn's remaining forces. However her unstable mind could not lead the forces of Outworld effectively and she was betrayed by Baraka and his Tarkatan horde. She fled from her fortress and managed to find a strange portal, one which lead her to an alternate Earthrealm, where a battle ensued by two factions. Mileena decided to join the fight, thinking she could find something that she could use to reclaim Outworld.
